I love the use of the word "divulge" in this headline. It's like Russians are letting me in on some juicy gossip.
I imagine a suave diplomat leaning over and speaking softly in my ear at an embassy dinner party. "I'll have you know they planned to poison his soup. Luckily President Putin doesn't like lobster bisque."
