So, since we seem to have gotten better at fighting insurgencies, built up light infantry units, promoted generals who understand unconventional war, etc., now of course we might have a crisis with the Russians in Georgia. Who have all those tanks and artillery.
Its like the rule of "preparing to to fight the last war" is making sure to assert itself or something.
