First customer to get into trouble so far now looks like they're being bought out. 

New boss = bad news for suppliers usually.

So, I better start thinking about some new career/life paths, seriously.

1. I am thinking about something related to Indonesian studies. Maybe become an expert on the Indonesian military - supposedly there are very few experts at all on this. Living in Washington DC...would that be good or bad?

2. I'd like to live in Spokane, Washington. I don't know what I would do there, but I like dry climates with evergreen forests.

3. Half-seriously I was thinking of becoming a consultant to Chinese factories, but the ones who need help are probably too cheap to pay anything.

Maybe I'd better fire up the old resume...went looking for it and could not find it. Man, it will be hard to write one from scratch at my advanced age.

Better start begging for reference letters now.
