Review the boondoggles and non-boondoggles in the Stimulus.
From my quick 30 second perusal, dog park management is a growth industry.
You know, this is a really good idea actually. I was thinking about my own boondoggle on my street, the pedestrian bridge to nowhere, and such a website detailing all projects would have let me vent about that. Maybe stopped it.
