now VP Joe Biden says "We are at war" in regards to the economy.
But we can't call it a "War on the Economy" because that would mean we would start to blow up factories and stores. (Though some people want to bulldoze excess houses to reduce the stock of unsold homes.)
I guess "War on Recession" would be the boring choice. Any better ones?
